Caner Mercan
Caner Mercan was a postdoctoral researcher in the Computational Pathology group of the Department of Pathology at Radboud University Medical Center, Nijmegen. He received his Master's degree in August 2014 and his Ph.D. degree in March 2019 on Deep feature representations and multi-instance multi-label learning of whole slide breast histopathology images, from Computer Engineering Department at Bilkent University, Turkey. He is currently working on developing deep learning algorithms to automate the components of the histologic grading in breast cancer under the supervision of Jeroen van der Laak and Francesco Ciompi. His research interests include Contrastive Learning, Graph Convolutional Networks and Multi-instance Multi-label Learning.
