Gabriel Silva de Souza

Gabriel Silva de Souza was a research assistent at the Computational Pathology Group from July 2020 to March 2023, supporting diverse PhD projects with preparation, scanning and annotations of slides. He completed his Medical degree in 2018 at UNESC University, Brazil. In 2015 he joined an exchange program at the Radboudumc Medical Faculty, following minors and an internship at the Computational Pathology Group. He took part in the Tumor-Stroma Ratio project, which involved quantification of tumor and stroma tissue in rectal cancer whole-slide images.
