Thomas Mulder
Technical Data Manager
Thomas Mulder is a Technical Data Manager in the Computational Pathology group. He obtained BSc and MSc degrees in Computer Science from the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven in 2016 and 2019, before obtaining a PhD degree at the same institution's Databases research group with a thesis on the optimization of recursive queries on graphs. As a PhD candidate he also fulfilled various teaching duties on courses covering the fundamentals of data management. He joined the CPG in January of 2025, where his work focuses on the management of the group's pathology data in terms of its organization, storage and accessibility under the supervision of Francesco Ciompi.
